Each year, RSECon aims to deliver a relevant, inclusive, and engaging conference experience for the RSE community, featuring a balanced and varied programme that caters to all roles and skill levels. We are committed to creating an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can fully participate and contribute.

The Programme is designed to share best practices and drive forward development of the research software engineering community.

Live streams

The live streams of talks and workshops will be available through Zoom Events. Joining instructions will be sent to the email address you used during registration a few days before the conference.

Q&A

All Q&A sessions will run via Slido for both in-person and remote participants. If you have a question please ask it through Slido, and like other questions you want to hear answered. Session chairs will facilitate the Q&A, asking the speaker popular questions. You can join in using this link, or enter #rsecon25 at slido.com or in the mobile app. You can also join by scanning the following QR code:

Slack

Use the RSECon25 Slack Workspace for all other communications. This includes official #announcements, the #helpdesk, and channels for our distributed social on Wednesday evening.

Floor Plans

The conference takes place in The Oculus building at the University of Warwick. Sessions are held across multiple tracks on both the ground floor and first floor. Use these floor plans to find your session rooms, locate facilities, and navigate between tracks.

Getting help

You can get help in-person by speaking to a committee member of conference volunteer who will be wearing purple t-shirts with our conference logo. You can also ask questions and get help from the organisers using the #helpdesk channel in our Slack Workspace.
