Community package details

Community packages are available for five hundred GBP (£500) each.

The Community package is for groups, organisations and individuals in our community who would like to support RSECon25. They are not for commercial sponsors.

The Community package includes:

Your material on the Community Sponsors Stall: We will provide a table for all the Community Sponsors to lay out promotional material (flyers, stickers, small items of swag).
Publicity: You’ll get:
- Thanks and your logo on the conference website
- Your logo on slides displayed before our keynotes and plenaries, and before streamed talks
- Thanks in our opening and closing speeches
- Thanks shared via:
  - The Society’s official accounts on Mastodon, BlueSky, and LinkedIn
  - Our community Slack (6.2k+ members)
  - The Society newsletter (1.5k+ subscribers)
  - As well as through conference-related emails.
