Thank you to everyone who submitted a design to this year’s RSECon logo competition. After reviewing the submissions, the conference committee is pleased to announce that this year’s winning design was contributed by Endurance Omunakwe.

Endurance Omunakwe is a registered nurse, midwife, and public health nurse who also thrives as a creative.

She is a graphic designer with a focus on branding, marketing visuals, and illustration, and has hands-on experience in book and magazine layout design. Her creative journey is driven by a love for visual storytelling and a desire to make ideas more accessible and engaging.

The logo titled ‘Arch of Support’ is inspired by the iconic arches of Coventry Cathedral, reimagined in a modern, structured way. Each vertical block represents a pillar of the RSE community- the people, tools, knowledge and code, systems, and standards, all converging to support research.
