Silver package details

Three Silver packages are available, for ten thousand GBP (£10,000) each.

As a Silver sponsor, you have the opportunity to present your products, business or goals to attendees in a talk, as well as a stall in the downstairs area of the venue, right by the tea and coffee provision. You also have a lightning talk to introduce yourself to the plenary.

The Silver package includes:

Parallel Talk: A 20-minute talk with 5 minutes for questions as part of our parallel talk sessions.
2 minute lightning talk in the plenary session on the opening day.
Stall: You’ll get a ~2.5m wide, 2m deep space in the venue, next to the coffee and lunch venue.
- The stall comes with tables and chairs or you can bring your own. Power and wifi are available. A TV can be provided on request.
3 Conference Passes
Publicity: You’ll get:
- Thanks and your logo on the conference website
- Your logo on slides displayed before our keynotes and plenaries, and before streamed talks
- Thanks in our opening and closing speeches
- Thanks shared via:
  - The Society’s official accounts on Mastodon, BlueSky, and LinkedIn
  - Our community Slack (6.2k+ members)
  - The Society newsletter (1.5k+ subscribers)
  - As well as through conference-related emails.
